(ANR) 2014: The Year of the Comeback

As we enter the new year, rather than guess at what the broad market will do, I prefer to look at which companies and industries will perform better. Up first, coal. They could really use a kick in the pants to get them moving, and the 2014 election looks like it will be the needed boot. Robbert Van Batenburg and his team at Newedge USA are calling for a big bounce in coal stocks because vulnerable Democrats in Republican states will have to ease up on their coal bashing to improve their chances in the fall.
